Every space has a story. Let’s change the ending.
Housekeeping, deeper resets, thoughtful organizing and a polished workplace. Each service begins with a conversation about your priorities and a quote for your particular space.
Considered housekeeping
A recurring plan built around the rooms you use, the surfaces you want cared for, and the rhythm of your household. Each job is individually quoted; the accepted scope defines the work at each visit.
Explore the scopeThe deeper reset
A focused opportunity to discuss accumulated ordinary buildup, selected details, and the areas a maintenance routine may not reach. Every deep-cleaning job is quoted individually around the actual condition and agreed tasks.
Explore the scopeA proper arrival
Plan the cleaning around possession, empty-room access, deliveries, and the spaces you want ready first. Each move-in job is quoted individually so the agreed work fits the home you are about to inhabit.
Explore the scopeA graceful departure
A practical clean planned around an emptied property, specified interiors, and the actual handover date. Every job is individually quoted, with the property checklist used to clarify requested work rather than promise an inspection result.
Explore the scopeOrder, on your terms
Focused sorting and organizing support shaped around how you want to use a space. Your belongings remain your decisions. Each project is quoted individually, with relocation, donation, and disposal permissions made explicit.
Explore the scopeThe well-kept workplace
A clear cleaning plan for small offices and ordinary shared workspaces, with attention to practical schedules, private areas, and visitor-facing rooms. Every job is individually quoted around the workplace's actual use.
Explore the scopeReady to receive
A focused pre-visit clean for the route your guests will actually use, from arrival to the guest bathroom and shared rooms. Every job is quoted individually around the occasion, priority spaces, and available appointment options.
Explore the scopeThe afterglow reset
Restore the agreed spaces after hosting with a plan for ordinary cleaning, dishes if requested, and the return to everyday use. Each after-event job is quoted individually, with delicate items and disposal decisions clearly identified.
Explore the scopeThe finishing chapter
Consider ordinary cleaning after completed work once the area is established as suitable for general household service. Every job is individually quoted around the handover, identified materials, and accessible nonhazardous residues.
Explore the scopeA little breathing room
A focused first step for a home that needs attention in several places. Choose the most useful result and define a manageable scope. Each job is quoted individually, with personal boundaries and practical priorities at its center.
Explore the scopeDo I need to clean before you arrive?
You do not need to apologize for a lived-in home. Tell us what needs attention and what should stay untouched. We’ll discuss any access or preparation that the particular job requires.
How much will my cleaning cost?
Every job is quoted individually. Scope, condition, materials, timing and location all inform the proposal. You receive the proposed scope and quote before deciding to book.
Can you help when time is tight?
Tell us the actual deadline and your essential priorities. We review urgent requests individually. Availability, scope and timing must be confirmed; submitting a request does not guarantee same-day service.
Can I request fragrance preferences or special handling?
Yes. Describe the products you prefer to avoid, the finishes needing particular care and any possessions that should remain untouched. Product suitability and the agreed scope are confirmed before work.
Will you throw things away when organizing?
Only with the owner’s permission. Sorting and organizing start with clear decisions about what stays, moves or leaves. Private papers, keepsakes and valuables deserve explicit boundaries.
Do you work outside Iowa City?
You can request service in the Iowa City area and surrounding eastern Iowa communities. Location, route and availability are reviewed for each job. Burlington and West Burlington are extended-area requests.
How do I contact Partners in Grime?
Use the private service request form. It is the starting point for new work, follow-up questions, accessibility requests and privacy inquiries. The form collects the information needed to respond by your preferred method.
