Submitting the service request form is an inquiry. It does not create a confirmed appointment, contract for work, availability guarantee or payment obligation. Each job is reviewed and quoted individually. Scope, price, date, access and applicable job-specific terms must be agreed before work begins. No public price list is offered.
Scope and suitability
Service descriptions are starting points for an individual scope. Accessible areas, property condition, materials, required equipment, occupancy and timing affect what can be accepted. Appliance interiors, elevated work, heavy furniture moving, specialized fabrics, restoration and work after contractors require explicit agreement where suitable. Biohazards, asbestos, lead-contaminated dust, pest treatment, mold remediation and unsafe access are not represented as ordinary housekeeping services.
Timing and service areas
Urgent requests are reviewed according to actual capacity and suitability. No same-day response, arrival or completion time is promised by this website. Listed communities describe places from which requests are welcome; they do not establish a permanent route or guaranteed availability. Burlington and West Burlington are extended-area requests. Travel feasibility, charges if applicable and timing are resolved in the individual quote.
Your possessions and access
The person arranging work should have authority to approve the requested service and provide lawful access. Identify fragile items, restricted spaces, pets, relevant product preferences and pre-existing damage. Organizing does not authorize disposal or donation without explicit permission. Do not send access codes through the initial request. Entry and handoff arrangements are confirmed separately.
Changes, concerns and job-specific terms
Cancellation, rescheduling, payment and any remedy terms must be supplied with the specific proposal; this website does not invent a universal fee or guarantee. If something about an agreed job needs attention, submit a service request with the reference and a clear description. Cleaning may improve removable soil but cannot guarantee restoration of damaged or worn materials, a tenancy deposit outcome, a property sale result or a health outcome.
