Information you choose to share
The service request form collects your name, email address, optional mobile number, city or community, optional ZIP code, service interests, timing, frequency, approximate space details, preferred response method and any notes you provide. It records your request reference, submission time and consent to request-related follow-up. Please do not include door codes, alarm codes, financial information, identity documents, medical details or other sensitive information in this initial form.
Why the information is used
The information is used to review fit and availability, prepare a quote, answer the request, arrange agreed work and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. A request does not establish a booking or authorize payment. Request-related texts are used only when you select text as your preferred response method; you can ask to change or stop them.
Storage, access and notifications
Requests are held in a hosted database with access restricted to authorized administration. Service providers involved in hosting and, when configured, notification delivery process information needed for those functions. When email notifications are configured, the request details, contact information and notes are forwarded to the business’s designated recipient for review. SMS notifications contain a brief request summary and the contact method you selected. These providers process the information required to deliver the notifications; complete records are also available in the protected console. Access information for a confirmed visit should be exchanged separately. No system can promise absolute security.
Analytics and technical records
Optional Google Analytics or Tag Manager is loaded only if configured and you accept analytics. The site sends a successful lead event and service category without your name, email, mobile number or free-text request. Your choice is saved in your browser. You can reset it by clearing this site’s browser storage. Display fonts may be requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical network information needed to serve them. Basic technical records support security and operation. A salted one-way hash of the submitting network address supports request-rate limits; the application does not store the raw network address with a lead. The hosting provider may retain its own technical logs. Campaign labels in the request URL may be associated with an inquiry.
Retention and your choices
Request records remain available to the business until removed by an authorized administrator. They should be reviewed regularly and deleted when no longer needed for service, recordkeeping or a legitimate business purpose; no automatic deletion period is currently configured. You may use the service request form and select Privacy request to ask for access, correction or deletion, or to raise an information-handling concern. Verification may be necessary before a record is disclosed or changed. Legal or recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be removed.
