A thoughtful starting point
The scope below is a starting point for your request. Actual condition, materials, safe access, timing and location determine the work we can agree. You receive an individual quote before deciding to book.
- Agreed kitchen surfaces and identified appliance interiors
- Bathroom fixtures and accessible surfaces within scope
- Selected empty cabinets, closets, and storage areas
- Accessible floors after belongings have been removed
- Named detail tasks from a supplied handover checklist
- Completion planning within the confirmed access window
Clear boundaries are part of the care.
- No deposit, inspection, landlord acceptance, or lease outcome is guaranteed
- Hauling, repair, repainting, and disposal are not implied by a cleaning request
- Utilities, lawful access, emptying, and any remaining contractor work must be coordinated
A few details help us get it right.
- When will the final belongings leave, and when does access end?
- Is there a property manager checklist you want included in the scope discussion?
- Which appliance or cabinet interiors need to be considered?
